Guests staying in private rentals where a listing name alone may not identify the gate, entrance or collection point.
Which address details should I obtain from the host?
Ask for the property name, road name and a map pin marking the entrance rather than the centre of the neighbourhood. Note any gate code, access restriction or landmark that helps distinguish the property from nearby buildings.
Send a host contact with their permission if directions might need clarification. Do not share accommodation account passwords or private booking access links.
Who arranges keys, check-in and property access?
Agree key collection and check-in with the host before travelling. Transport to the property does not guarantee that someone will be there or that early access is available, especially after an overnight flight.
Tell us about narrow access roads, steps or a collection point outside a gated development. For the return journey, confirm where the vehicle should wait and be ready with your luggage at the agreed time.
What should my request look like?

This is a planning example, not a completed customer journey or a confirmed booking.
What should I confirm before booking?
Rates are in euros, per private vehicle for a one-way journey. A return journey has two separately priced legs. Confirm your exact address, vehicle fit, availability and any requested extras before booking.
Your written confirmation must state the complete price, payment arrangements, waiting allowance and cancellation conditions. Child seats, extra stops and special equipment need a specific agreement.

Please include the exact address or entrance pin as well. Rental names can be repeated, changed or absent from road signage.
What if my host changes the property address?
Send the new address promptly. The route, price and availability may need to be checked again before the journey.
