Travellers whose flights arrive overnight or require a hotel pickup before the usual daytime routine.
Which date should I use for an overnight arrival?
A flight arriving after midnight lands on the following calendar day. Use the local arrival date and time shown on your itinerary, together with the flight number, to avoid an incorrect pickup date.
Late-night availability and any time-related supplement need to be confirmed. Do not assume that a daytime quote or a previous booking applies to an overnight journey.
How do I arrange late accommodation access and contact?
Ask your accommodation how late check-in works, especially at a villa or apartment. Provide the correct entrance and a reachable host contact if reception will be closed. A transfer does not arrange access to your room.
Before flying, keep the meeting instructions and booking contact available offline. Check how to communicate a delay and what waiting arrangements apply to your confirmed journey. For an early departure, agree the hotel collection point in advance.

What should I confirm before booking?
Rates are in euros, per private vehicle for a one-way journey. A return journey has two separately priced legs. Confirm your exact address, vehicle fit, availability and any requested extras before booking.
Your written confirmation must state the complete price, payment arrangements, waiting allowance and cancellation conditions. Child seats, extra stops and special equipment need a specific agreement.

No. Availability must be checked for your date, route and group before the request becomes a confirmed booking.
Is there an additional night charge?
Ask for the total written price for your scheduled pickup. Any supplement should be identified before you confirm.
