How should the transfer fit checkout and check-in?
Share the full names of both properties, your preferred collection time and passenger count. Different hotels may have similar names or more than one entrance, so a booking address or map pin helps remove uncertainty.
Check your new hotel's room availability separately. Arriving at the property does not necessarily mean that your room is ready, although you can ask the hotel about luggage storage.
What luggage and stops should I declare?
List large suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs and golf bags before a vehicle is proposed. Child-seat and mobility requirements also need to be considered for this journey, even if your airport transfer was already arranged.
A direct transfer covers the agreed route between properties. Mention any essential stop in advance so its location, duration and effect on the quote can be reviewed.

What should I confirm before booking?
Rates are in euros, per private vehicle for a one-way journey. A return journey has two separately priced legs. Confirm your exact address, vehicle fit, availability and any requested extras before booking.
Your written confirmation must state the complete price, payment arrangements, waiting allowance and cancellation conditions. Child seats, extra stops and special equipment need a specific agreement.

Include the exact address, entrance instructions and a reachable contact. The pickup arrangement can then be checked with your request.
Do hotel staff need to book for me?
You can request the transfer yourself. Ask reception to confirm the most suitable collection point if the property has several entrances.
