1. Start with your journey
Choose an airport arrival, an airport departure or a hotel-to-hotel journey. Give the travel date, both locations, passengers and luggage. Include a flight number for airport journeys.
2. Add the details that change the plan
Tell us about child seats, strollers, golf bags, mobility equipment or a requested stop. For a return transfer, give the second journey its own flight and hotel details.
3. Prepare and review your request
The planner creates a readable summary. Review it, then choose WhatsApp or email to open a prepared message. You decide when to send it in the selected app. You can also copy or download the summary. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a vehicle.
4. Confirm the full arrangement
Before reserving a journey, obtain a written quote and confirmation showing the vehicle arrangement, total price, meeting or pickup instructions, waiting, payment and cancellation conditions.
5. Keep the details with you
Save the confirmation offline. If your flight, hotel, luggage or passenger details change, contact the booking channel shown in your confirmation and wait for the revised arrangement to be acknowledged.
