Which luggage should I include in my request?
List large suitcases and cabin bags separately. Include strollers, golf bags, wheelchairs and other bulky items rather than treating them as ordinary hand luggage.
Tell us if your golf bags have hard shells, if a stroller folds compactly and if mobility equipment can be folded. Dimensions or a photograph can help when an item is unusually large.
How is the right vehicle chosen?
The right vehicle depends on the passengers, child seats and all luggage travelling together. Child seats and occupied rear seats can reduce usable luggage space, so a maximum seat count alone does not establish what will fit.
Oversized equipment, a separate luggage vehicle or a larger passenger vehicle must be agreed and priced before confirmation. Do not assume an extra item will fit on the day.
