What should I do when my flight changes?
Send your booking contact the revised operating flight number and arrival date in Mauritius local time as soon as an airline changes or reroutes your flight. Keep a copy of the original confirmation so the change is clear.
Do not assume that an overnight date change or a replacement flight will be detected automatically. Keep a copy of your confirmed pickup details so you can check what needs to change.
How much waiting time is included?
Your written quote or confirmation must state when the waiting allowance begins, how long it lasts and any charge for extra time. Palmway does not publish a universal waiting-time guarantee on this website.
After landing, let your booking contact know if immigration, baggage or passenger assistance is taking longer than expected. Any additional waiting or revised pickup needs to be agreed.
