Extended families, friends or colleagues who want to coordinate transport together, including parties arriving on separate flights.
What information is needed for a group transfer?
Provide the number of adults and children, flight details and hotel address. Count large cases separately from hand luggage, and flag sports equipment, mobility aids and pushchairs. Nominal seating capacity does not describe the space available with a full load of bags.
If people are landing on different flights, list each arrival. A shared pickup may require a different plan from separate journeys, particularly when the arrival times are far apart.
Will the group travel in one vehicle?
Your quote should make clear whether the party travels in one vehicle or several, along with any child-seat arrangements. Do not assume everyone can stay together until the vehicle plan is confirmed.
Choose one lead contact for the booking and share the final pickup instructions with the whole group. Several hotel drop-offs should be listed before the route is priced.
What should my request look like?

What should I confirm before booking?
Rates are in euros, per private vehicle for a one-way journey. A return journey has two separately priced legs. Confirm your exact address, vehicle fit, availability and any requested extras before booking.
Your written confirmation must state the complete price, payment arrangements, waiting allowance and cancellation conditions. Child seats, extra stops and special equipment need a specific agreement.
