Families who need a rear-facing seat, a harnessed seat, a booster or more than one restraint arrangement confirmed for their journey.
What information is needed to request a child seat?
Include the age and approximate height and weight of each child. If you need a rear-facing seat or a harnessed seat, say so clearly. A request for a generic child seat should not be treated as confirmation of a particular type.
Mention all seats needed in the same booking request. Availability, suitability for the proposed vehicle and any additional charge must be checked and included in the written confirmation.
How do seats affect the family’s vehicle choice?
Count children as passengers and include pushchairs, travel cots and large bags. Several seats can affect the usable seating arrangement, so a vehicle should be selected for the complete family rather than passenger numbers alone.
If bringing your own seat, share the model or fitting information in advance. At pickup, check the agreed seat arrangement before starting the journey and raise any concern immediately.

What should I confirm before booking?
Rates are in euros, per private vehicle for a one-way journey. A return journey has two separately priced legs. Confirm your exact address, vehicle fit, availability and any requested extras before booking.
Your written confirmation must state the complete price, payment arrangements, waiting allowance and cancellation conditions. Child seats, extra stops and special equipment need a specific agreement.
