First-time visitors and travellers who want a clear handover from the arrivals hall to their booked accommodation transfer.
Where and how will I meet the pickup team?
Provide the traveller's name, flight number, local arrival date and a reachable contact. Ask where the meeting takes place, what identification or name sign to look for and how to make contact if you cannot find the pickup.
A name-board request and any special assistance should be recorded in the confirmation. Ground transport pickup is separate from immigration, baggage collection or assistance inside restricted airport areas.
What should I do if arrival formalities take longer?
Keep the booking message accessible offline and charge your phone before arrival. If baggage is delayed or you need extra time, contact the booking number as soon as practical and explain the situation.
Confirm the waiting policy, flight-delay procedure and any additional charge before booking. Do not leave the agreed meeting area to search elsewhere without checking the instructions or contacting the pickup team first.

What should I confirm before booking?
Rates are in euros, per private vehicle for a one-way journey. A return journey has two separately priced legs. Confirm your exact address, vehicle fit, availability and any requested extras before booking.
Your written confirmation must state the complete price, payment arrangements, waiting allowance and cancellation conditions. Child seats, extra stops and special equipment need a specific agreement.

Your confirmation will identify the public meeting point. Arrange airline or terminal assistance separately if you need help before reaching that area.
How much waiting time is included?
Ask for the included allowance and any extra waiting charge in your written quote or booking terms, together with the procedure for a delayed flight.
