What time should I leave my hotel?
The pickup time depends on your exact address, your flight departure, current road conditions and the check-in guidance from your airline. Send those details before agreeing a collection time.
Do not use your flight departure time as the vehicle pickup time. If you need an extra stop, describe it before the collection plan is confirmed.
Where will the vehicle collect me?
Use the full property name and the entrance or reception agreed for vehicle collection. For an apartment or villa, include the entrance pin and any access instructions.
If you changed hotels after your arrival, send the new collection address. The route fare must match the actual pickup location.
What if my flight or passenger details change?
Send the revised flight number, date, luggage or passenger details to Palmway and wait for the change to be acknowledged. A different load may require a different vehicle.
Keep your written confirmation available offline, including the meeting point, contact, full price and any waiting or cancellation conditions.
What should my request look like?
We need a car/SUV transfer from our Le Morne hotel to MRU. Our flight departs at 18:00 Mauritius time on our travel date. We are two adults with two large cases and two cabin bags. Please confirm vehicle fit, pickup time and the €50 route fare, plus any extras.

What should I confirm before booking?
Rates are in euros, per private vehicle for a one-way journey. A return journey has two separately priced legs. Confirm your exact address, vehicle fit, availability and any requested extras before booking.
Your written confirmation must state the complete price, payment arrangements, waiting allowance and cancellation conditions. Child seats, extra stops and special equipment need a specific agreement.

Does the same airport fare apply to a departure?
The published airport rates cover one-way arrivals or departures: car/SUV €40 for a standard route or €50 for a longer route, minivan €60 and minibus €70. Confirm which car route fare applies to your exact address.
Can I arrange an early morning departure?
Send your flight time and travel date. Availability and any time-related arrangement need written confirmation before booking.
