How do I arrange my airport departure?
For the return to MRU, keep checkout arrangements separate from the vehicle pickup time. If moving hotels, provide the destination before the journey is confirmed.
What luggage details should I provide?
Families should include folded pushchairs and travel cots in the luggage description so those items are considered with the suitcases.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
