View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Share the arrival flight and number of adults and children. If the booking refers to a particular part of the resort, retain those details for the arrival handover.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For the airport return, confirm a reception meeting point before departure day. If moving hotels, specify the next property and whether everyone is travelling together.
What luggage details should I provide?
For multigenerational groups, include mobility aids, pushchairs and all cabin luggage when describing the vehicle space needed alongside the suitcases.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
Check the exact property name and entrance with your accommodation. Hotel names on this website identify destinations and do not imply an affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
