Provide your flight and passenger details before arrival, together with any child seat request. A map pin from your hotel confirmation can help identify the intended entrance.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For departure, choose a pickup time around your flight check-in requirement. If moving to another Veranda property, specify which hotel and the planned check-in date.
What luggage details should I provide?
Count children’s luggage and folded strollers separately from adult suitcases, especially if several family members are sharing one vehicle.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
