Provide the arrival flight and local landing date. Your booking may spell the name Paul & Virginie; include the hotel address if you want to make the destination unambiguous.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For an airport departure, agree the reception meeting point and collection time. For a move to another Veranda property, state its full name rather than just the brand.
What luggage details should I provide?
Include cabin bags and any larger cases or equipment in the luggage count, even when only two passengers are travelling together.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
