For arrival from MRU, share the flight number, landing date and number of passengers. Include any accommodation arrival instructions supplied with your booking confirmation.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For your airport departure, confirm where the vehicle should meet you at the hotel. If moving to another Attitude property, write out that property’s full name.
What luggage details should I provide?
Give the total luggage count for the whole party, including hand luggage and any unusually shaped items that cannot fit easily beside suitcases.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
