Send the villa name, a map pin, host contact instructions and your arrival flight. Confirm who will meet you with keys, especially for an evening arrival.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For the airport return, allow time for key handover and any property inspection. If moving accommodation, supply both entrance locations rather than relying on village names.
What luggage details should I provide?
Include all bags and equipment in the request, and mention access restrictions such as a narrow driveway if your host has flagged them.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
