Include your flight number and the date you land in Mauritius. If two travellers have different flight itineraries, say whether they require separate arrival journeys.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For the airport return, agree the resort pickup point and prepare luggage before the scheduled time. A move to another hotel needs the full destination name.
What luggage details should I provide?
Tell us how many large and small cases you have, and identify equipment such as golf bags separately from standard holiday luggage.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
