View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Include your landing flight, passenger count and the hotel booking name. If arriving with mobility equipment, describe what folds and how much assistance is needed.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For the airport return, agree a pickup point with clear vehicle access. For a hotel change, provide the next property and any check-in arrangement that affects departure.
What luggage details should I provide?
List any oversized cases individually and keep essential travel documents in a small bag that can remain with you.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
