Include the flight number and your accommodation confirmation. If the booking uses only Radisson Blu Mauritius, provide the address to confirm which property you mean.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For departure to the airport, agree the collection point and allow time for checkout. A move to another resort needs its full name and your intended arrival date.
What luggage details should I provide?
Describe all suitcases and cabin bags, and flag bulky sports equipment before selecting the vehicle for your journey.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
