How do I arrange my airport departure?
For the airport return, keep the confirmed meeting time separate from room checkout. A move to another Beachcomber resort should identify which property and date.
What luggage details should I provide?
If golf bags are travelling with the group, include their number and whether they have hard cases, alongside the ordinary suitcase total.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
