How do I arrange my airport departure?
Before an airport departure, leave time for resort checkout and baggage collection. For a hotel move, agree the destination and departure time in advance.
What luggage details should I provide?
For larger groups, give one combined luggage total and identify any golf bags or equipment that will travel separately from standard cases.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
