Send the flight number and accommodation name. If the resort gives you particular villa arrival instructions, share them so the handover can be planned clearly.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For your return to MRU, confirm the resort’s vehicle meeting point. Allow time to bring luggage from the villa before the arranged departure time.
What luggage details should I provide?
If you plan a hotel-to-hotel move with several large cases or golf bags, include the complete luggage inventory with your request.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
