View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Provide the arrival flight and number of passengers, together with any child seat or mobility requirements. Include the hotel name exactly as shown on your booking.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For the return to MRU, agree pickup from the resort’s designated meeting point. A move to another LUX* hotel needs its full destination name.
What luggage details should I provide?
If travelling with water sports equipment, share the length of each packed bag; suitcase counts alone do not establish whether it will fit.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
Check the exact property name and entrance with your accommodation. Hotel names on this website identify destinations and do not imply an affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
