For groups, a consolidated luggage list helps assess vehicle needs. Count cabin bags, golf cases and pushchairs as well as checked suitcases.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
