View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Send your arrival flight details and full resort name. If your accommodation confirmation mentions a particular wing, keep that information available when coordinating the final drop-off.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
Confirm where you should meet the vehicle within the hotel’s permitted pickup arrangements. For a hotel-to-hotel move, provide both property names and your luggage count.
What luggage details should I provide?
Explain any mobility equipment and its folded dimensions in advance; vehicle suitability depends on equipment as well as the number of travellers.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
Check the exact property name and entrance with your accommodation. Hotel names on this website identify destinations and do not imply an affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
