For airport departure, allow time for checkout and any baggage collection. For a hotel move, confirm both the resort you are leaving and the next property.
What luggage details should I provide?
Tell us if the party has presentation equipment, wedding luggage or other bulky items, as those need to be considered before confirming transport.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
