View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Include the flight number and resort name, plus any specific arrival instructions from the hotel. Let us know whether every passenger is travelling on the same flight.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For departure to the airport, allow time to collect luggage and finish checkout. If changing hotels, share the next property and your preferred time to leave.
What luggage details should I provide?
If bringing golf clubs, specify each travel case alongside your suitcases and cabin bags so luggage space can be considered properly.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
