View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Send the full hotel name from your confirmation and your arrival flight. A booking address or map pin is useful if your documents use an older or shortened name.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For departure to MRU, confirm the correct reception pickup point. If moving hotels, provide the next property’s complete name rather than another shortened resort description.
What luggage details should I provide?
Include children’s cases and folded pushchairs as well as adult luggage, so the vehicle request reflects everything travelling with the group.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
Check the exact property name and entrance with your accommodation. Hotel names on this website identify destinations and do not imply an affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
