View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Send the landing flight and name on your accommodation booking. If your journey follows a stay at another Constance hotel, specify which property you are leaving.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For an airport return, confirm the reception meeting point and leave time to collect stored bags. A hotel-to-hotel move should include the destination and preferred departure time.
What luggage details should I provide?
For golfers, include the number of clubs bags and travel covers with the suitcase count, even if only two people are travelling.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
Check the exact property name and entrance with your accommodation. Hotel names on this website identify destinations and do not imply an affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
