Include the flight details and hotel name on your voucher. If travelling with golf equipment, mention it before the vehicle is selected rather than adding it at pickup.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For the return to MRU, confirm your resort meeting point and leave time for checkout. A transfer to another Constance property should identify that hotel in full.
What luggage details should I provide?
Provide separate counts for suitcases, golf travel bags and cabin luggage, including whether the sports cases are rigid or soft.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
