View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Give the flight details and exact accommodation name on your voucher. Let us know whether transport is already included in your holiday package before requesting an additional booking.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For departure, confirm the appropriate resort or villa pickup point. For a hotel change, include the next property and allow time for any required checkout process.
What luggage details should I provide?
Family groups should list all suitcases, cabin bags and pushchairs. Mention sports equipment or unusual luggage dimensions before the vehicle is selected.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
Check the exact property name and entrance with your accommodation. Hotel names on this website identify destinations and do not imply an affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
