View all transfer pricesHow do I arrange pickup after landing?
Provide your arrival flight, local landing date and group size. If your confirmation uses a shortened hotel name, add the property address or a map pin.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For departure to the airport, confirm the collection point and leave time for checkout. A hotel-to-hotel transfer should identify the next resort and preferred departure time.
What luggage details should I provide?
If travelling with kitesurfing or other water sports bags, share their packed dimensions alongside the number of standard suitcases and cabin cases.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
Palmway can plan the hotel-to-hotel journey as a separate leg of your stay. Your written quote should identify each pickup, destination and agreed price.
Before confirming
Check the exact property name and entrance with your accommodation. Hotel names on this website identify destinations and do not imply an affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
