For an airport arrival, send the flight details and any access instructions supplied by your accommodation manager. Confirm where you collect keys if arriving outside your expected check-in window.
How do I arrange my airport departure?
For departure to MRU, allow time for any apartment inspection or key return. A hotel-to-hotel move should include your next accommodation’s exact name and entrance location.
What luggage details should I provide?
Longer apartment stays can mean more luggage. Mention groceries or extra bags only if they will need vehicle space on your moving day.
Can I book a transfer to another hotel?
Include both hotel names, the preferred pickup time and your luggage count. Confirm check-out and check-in arrangements with the properties separately, particularly if the room at your next hotel will not be ready on arrival.
